<p>Most of the offices held are not necessary&nbsp;</p>

So no money to pay salary and when we borrow it is also for embezzlement.</p>
<p>Most importantly many states in Nigeria are not self sufficient coupled with being ruled by corrupt leaders&nbsp;</p>
