@emmanuel i agree that Abacha was selfish and callous for not doing the right thing, but how is that a reason the country is still in debt? Aye, strong and intellectual intervention is a way to go 

There should be a spill over of that into Nigeria. Considering that South Africans’ companies play in the Nigerian market, i expect an influx of IT infrastructure from these companies to power their operations.
