Yea, half salaries and non-payment of workers’ entitlement is bad… But truth is many of these states don’t even have need for many workers in their workforce, if not for politics and the lack of ideas, government shouldn’t be solely responsible for employing everyone instead it should create the right environment and policies to foster employment whether self or private sector – driven but unfortunately our leaders are bereft of ideas.
Moreso, if you ever get the opportunity to go through our cashflow, I mean at Federal level, you’ll get to realize this country is BROKE! Yet the cost of governance is rather expensive and a meager section of the society – I mean some of us- are bent on milking/raping/ and extorting all of us! It’s just one of the pathetic idiosyncrasies of our government and legislaTHIEVES

I think it all depends on legislation and the level of education of our people especially the North. Many states are yet to adopt the 2003 Child Right Act into their state laws- this is 2020! Moreover minimum age of sexual consent in Nigeria is 11 years! So these are loopholes you know… We seem to have conflicting definition of who a child is!
