Lagos State Ecosystem!
Lagos state – the economic and commercial capital of Nigeria.
Lagos state being the most economically important state in Nigeria have battled with over-population in recent times. With a land mass of 3,577 km² and a population of over 21 million people, the ecosystem of the Nigeria economic capital has deteriorated due to contributing factors like the untenable Land Use design.
The current Land Use design, plan, and transition is unable to effectively manage the sprawling expansion of the Lagos metropolis and other suburbs, this including other factors has led to socio-economic and environmental problems in the state.
Compared to other major cities in Africa; how can Lagos state government creates an eco-friendly environment for her residents?
