When was the last time you visited a dentist?
Discussion started by Dan Nie on September 23, 2020 at 4:06 PMSome people have not seen a dentist for the past 2 years ??♀️. Do you know you can have cavities if you don’t take care of your teeth? Snacking, eating sugary foods like chocolate, candies…etc can have huge effect on your teeth if you don’t take care of it. There are people who can smell cavities from a far distance..why would you allow your teeth to get to that point? ??♀️. Book an appointment with a dentist today and do a checkup.

The solution is for you to see a dentist . If you can’t afford one right now, please ensure you brush twice a day without rinsing your mouth with water immediately after brushing. Eat less sugary food as well. See a dentist if the pain persists

I am yet to visit a dentist as an adult and this weighs on my mind really. I plan on doing so soon though. Not waiting for a cavity!

That was in 2016, when I had severe Toothache, couldn’t eat solid food for a week plus. The dentist said I needed to remove the tooth, but I was scared and ran away. Managed till I was ok. Since then I havent done so….

I do but only when I use a different toothpaste from they regular. Early February of this, I learnt on twitter about brushing without rinsing with water, and it has been working for me even though i change my toothpaste.
